Daisy Rock Girl Guitars Welcomes Vikoko Blackback to its Artist Roster

Gorilla Candy, that is the band that DRG artist Vikoko Blackback sings and plays bass for.  The band is based out of Gainseville, FL.  She has been rocking her heart shaped bass for a while now and is one talented rocker.  To get an idea of how awesome Gorilla Candy is, check out their bio:

Legend has it that the members of Gorilla Candy are brothers and sisters who were mysteriously separated from their parents at a young age. This happened while on a family vacation near the upper section of the Nile River in Uganda. They were lost in the woods with nothing but a few packs of Smarties and a couple of Pixy Stix in their pockets on which to survive. A few days later they were found and raised by Jane Goodbar. After spending years in the woods killing time by banging on tree stumps with sticks and playing guitars made from bamboo, they have been allowed to come out into society and form a real band - Gorilla Candy.

“It is always so cool when we get artists as passionate as Vikoko.  Someone with such great stage presence and an attitude so positive it makes you want to jump up and dance!” says, Tish Ciravolo, President and Founder of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
