Daisy Rock Girl Guitars Welcomes Nicole Springer to its Artist Roster

LOS ANGELES, CA – October 3, 2012
Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, the original girl guitar company, welcomes to its artist roster Nicole Springer, a Kansas City singer/songwriter who writes about being in love and being alive.

In addition to being a guitarist and songwriter, Nicole is the lead singer in the bands The Clementines and Bad Disposition. She also works on solo material and does vocal work for a variety of other projects. Her key influences are Janis Joplin, Ingrid Michaelson, Eisley, Sara Bareilles, The Swell Season, Judy Garland, Alanis Morrisette, Fiona Apple, and many more.

The Clementines, a 2012 Pitch Music award nominee, construct heartfelt songs of an alternative rock & blues persuasion, with the occasional touch of jazz, folk, and pop. After a year of performing and receiving great critical praise from a variety of music reviewers, The Clementines are finishing up a full-length self titled album and booking gigs all over Kansas City.

Bad Disposition is a Kansas City based cover band featuring rock and alternative rock music from the last 20 years.

“Nicole does this amazing acoustic guitar playing which sounds very sweet and soothing, and then she comes out and sings with this beautiful southern, heartfelt, and emotional voice. We call that a double whammy of talent over here at Daisy Rock!” says Tish Ciravolo, President and Founder of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
