Daisy Rock Girl Guitars Welcomes Kenya Jamieson to its Artist Roster

LOS ANGELES, CA – August 29, 2012
Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, the original girl guitar company, welcomes to its artist roster Kenya Jamieson, a rock bassist, vocalist, and keyboardist in the band TH3 TriPS, which also consists of her two brothers.

Kenya is one of a set of triplets with her brothers Connor (vocals, guitar) and Liam (vocals, drums), all 11-years-old with a passion for rock ’n’ roll. Born and raised in Santa Monica, California, they grew up surrounded by music. Throughout their young lives, TH3 TRiPS have been influenced by bands like U2, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and The Rolling Stones, leading them to create a pop-rock sound of their own. TH3 TRiPS write and perform original songs about what inspires them, including their newest single “Africa” which highlights the hardships and living conditions in which some African children face.

The band recently performed for 800 people in Malibu, California for a fundraiser supporting African children.

“We are so honored to be endorsing Kenya from TH3 Trips.  She and her brothers idea to help African children through the Drop In A Bucket campaign really says a lot about Kenya’s character.  Imagine that – a girl who is 11 years old, playing bass guitar and trying to change the world.  You go, girl!” says Tish Ciravolo, President and Founder of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars.
